Service Blueprint for a CX Company

As the UX Strategist and Researcher at a CX company, I led the development of a comprehensive service blueprint for a crucial part of our service offerings. This case study outlines the process, methodologies, and outcomes of this project, highlighting the collaborative efforts of our multidisciplinary team.

MindsDB Cloud - The Demo Flow

MindsDB AutoML Server is open-source software that brings fast and reliable machine learning capabilities to production databases. MindsDB automates the model training workflow, increases prediction capabilities by using structured and semi-structured data directly at the data source, and reduces model deployment cost and complexity.

I have designed an automation framework that allowed them to hold demos exclusively with qualified leads, while the rest of the requests were being sent to a weekly group demo.

FogBugz - Growth Automation

I designed the entire process, including customer journey and user flows, the low fidelity architecture design, and the process design for FogBugs, as well as other products in the company.

The product had a go-to-market strategy focused on the on-premises version, but the company in 2020 decided to switch to the cloud version. For that, we had to design a signup process that was easy for users to follow, while keeping the brand and look & feel of the on-premises solution.

Crossover For Work - Global Automation Framework (Shadow Funnel)
